6. Vendor Content & Submissions

Vendors who claim or upload listings grant VenueX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, or distribute submitted content (text, logos, media) for promotional and platform purposes.

By submitting a listing, vendors affirm they have the necessary rights to publish such content. VenueX reserves the right to reject or remove content that is misleading, illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
